- Have A Point Of Contact At Your Event.
Having a contact person will help your photography ask important questions like, where is the cake, get everyone together for an outside shot, last photo call, etc.
- Inform Guest You Have A Professional Photographer
Your photographer can avoid guest blocking important shots, guest will be more open to taking photos, and guest will go to the photographer to get special photos of themselves.
- Feed Your Photographer
Photographers need to eat just like your guest. Make sure you let them know they are welcome to eat and drink (no alcohol). Do not assume they know. Take care of your photographer and they will take care of you.
- Pay Your Photographer Before The Event Ends
Please, Please, it is extra rude to have your photographer wait around 30 to 40 minutes after your event has ended to receive payment. Pay your photographer when they arrive or 30 minutes before their cut off time.
- Promote, Promote, Promote Your Photographer
Your hired them you admire their work and trust their work, so make sure you let your guest know.
